Abandoned carts

Abandoned carts: back in one click

Your customer adds products and leaves. If their email is known, they receive an email with a link after an interval you choose. They click, the cart is full, and they finish the order. No sign-in and no searching for the products again.

Sends automatically · A link that restores the cart · Optional discount code

The reminder

The reminder sends automatically. The next steps are yours

The first step is built in: once the cart has been inactive longer than your chosen interval, the store sends an email with a recovery link. The second and third steps are yours: an automated campaign for the “Abandoned cart” segment, with the same link sent through another channel.

This sequence is an example. The built-in email sends once per cart to a customer with a known email address, after an interval of 30 to 180 minutes (we recommend 60). You set the campaign steps and the wait between them. The reminder is included in plans with the “Abandoned carts” feature, and the monthly number of reminders depends on the plan.

Once the customer orders, all remaining steps stop. That way, no one gets a reminder for something they've already bought.

Analytics

See where you lose customers

Analytics shows where you lose customers: whether they leave their cart before reaching Checkout or start checking out but don't finish. Compare mobile and desktop, the previous period, and your industry average. The carts themselves are in Orders → Abandoned, with products, quantities, and the last update time. Send the link manually from there, too.
