Invoices and Ordinance N-18
The sales document, invoice, and credit note are issued directly from the order. The N-18 app in the admin generates the monthly NRA file. The cookie banner and contract withdrawal function are enabled in the admin and appear in the storefront.

Step by step
Four moments when the law requires a document. The first three come directly from the order, the fourth from the N-18 app in the admin.
CloudCart issues a sales document with a unique number for every paid order. It replaces the fiscal receipt under the alternative regime of Ordinance N-18. Open it as a PDF from the order history.
The invoice is generated from the order, with your numbering and company details. If you use FGO, SmartBill, or Számlázz.hu for accounting, the invoice goes through them.
Process a return for the entire order or individual line items. The items go back into stock. The payment is refunded to the card where the payment provider supports it, or by bank transfer. The credit note is issued from the same screen.
The N-18 app in the admin generates one XML file under Annex 38 with the month's sales and reversals. Download it and submit it to the NRA portal by the 15th.
None of the documents are written by hand. The numbers shown on screen are examples.

Not for online card payments. CloudCart issues a sales document with a unique number and the monthly NRA file under the alternative regime of Ordinance N-18. For cash on delivery, the courier issues the receipt according to your agreement with them. This regime has conditions: your store must be registered with the NRA, and card payments must go into your account. Your accountant confirms whether your business qualifies.

You do. The N-18 app in the admin generates the monthly XML file. You download it and upload it to the NRA portal between the 1st and 15th of the following month. Each order appears in only one monthly file. Your store must be registered with the NRA and have a unique number. You enter it once in the app settings.

They can be. Turn on automatic invoicing, and the invoice is issued when the order is paid or fulfilled. Otherwise, issue it with one click from the order. The customer receives it by email either way. If you invoice through FGO, SmartBill, or Számlázz.hu, they manage the numbering, and the order keeps the link.

From June 19, 2026, every online store serving consumers in the EU must offer an electronic withdrawal function (Directive (EU) 2023/2673, Article 11a). CloudCart places the button in the storefront, confirms the request by email, and displays it in “Orders,” linked to the order itself. The withdrawal period is 14 days from delivery and can only be extended.

Yes. If the customer rejects the analytics or advertising group, its scripts do not run, and any cookies already stored by that group are cleared. You decide what happens before the customer makes a choice: each group has a default state in the settings. Only cookies necessary for the store to function always stay enabled.

Yes. Each policy acceptance is recorded with the exact text of that version, the date, IP address, and device. Records cannot be edited or deleted, and downloading them requires a two-step verification code.
