Registration
Seven steps in the admin, no office visits or paperwork
Registration happens right in the admin. Enter your company details, upload documents, add your IBAN, and submit for approval.
Company
Enter your company details, registered address, and customer contact details.
Representative
Add the person who represents your company: identity, contact details, and address.
Documents
Upload proof of identity and company registration. PDF or photo, up to 10 MB.
Review and consent
Accept the terms of service and submit your account for review.
Bank account
Enter the IBAN and currency of the account that will receive your payouts.
Status
Track your verification status. Once approved, enable the payment method and payments start coming in.

No transaction fees through the end of 2026
Through Dec 31, 2026, the transaction fee is 0 %, regardless of the card. From Jan 1, 2027, the two rates below apply, depending on your customer's card. No monthly fee and no separate contract with a bank.

What does it cost through the end of 2026 and after?
The transaction fee is 0 % through Dec 31, 2026, regardless of the card. Standard rates apply from Jan 1, 2027: 1.29 % + €0.05 for consumer Visa and Mastercard cards from the EEA and 2.69 % + €0.05 for all other cards, excluding VAT. These rates are listed in the fee schedule you accept in step 5 of registration. There is no monthly fee.

Where does the money go?
To your bank account via SEPA. You enter your account during registration and can add another for a different currency. Payout status and every transaction are available in the CloudCart Pay panel in your admin.

Do I need an agreement with a bank or payment provider?
No. Register from your store admin, complete the seven steps and enable the payment method once approved. There are no keys to enter and no separate integration to set up.

Which cards and wallets does it accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Wallets work both at checkout and through an express button on the product page. Customers enter card details directly on the checkout page or in a pop-up window. You choose in settings.

How do I refund a payment?
From the order page, in full or in part. The transaction in the panel shows the refunded amount and the fee, and the order's payment status updates automatically.

Can I use it alongside my other payment methods?
Yes. CloudCart Pay is one of the payment methods at checkout, alongside cash on delivery, bank transfer or installments. As with any method, you set a minimum and maximum amount and a discount for choosing it.
