The customer group makes the difference: Wholesale, B2B, VIP, or whatever you name it. Each customer belongs to exactly one group. The group determines pricing, payment, and shipping. The private store determines who sees the catalog at all.

Wholesale, B2B, VIP: one group per customer
Wholesale, B2B, VIP: assign a group to one customer or many at once. It determines pricing, payment, shipping, and marketing. The customer profile holds orders, addresses, your notes, and tags. The number of groups depends on your plan
Percentage discounts, fixed prices, and up to 12 quantity tiers
The group gets a percentage discount across the entire catalog, a category, or selected products, a fixed price for a selected product, and group-only codes. The unit price drops as quantity increases, with up to 12 tiers per product. The number of discounts depends on your plan
Bank transfer against an invoice for businesses only
Only businesses see bank transfer against an invoice. Everyone sees card payment and courier shipping. A separate shipping method can also be restricted to businesses. Settings apply by customer group
The catalog is visible only after sign-in
Nothing is visible without signing in. Or keep the homepage public and the catalog private. New businesses register. You approve them. Available through an app included in higher-tier plans
UIC and VAT number with VIES validation
The business enters its name, UIC, authorized representative, and VAT number in Checkout. VIES validates the VAT number. A separate billing address is available. The invoice is generated automatically with your details when the order is paid or fulfilled. A credit note is issued for returned goods
Your staff enters the order in the admin
The business calls. Your staff selects the customer and adds the products and agreed discount. The order follows the same steps: waybill, invoice, inventory

Products do not have a separate wholesale price field. Wholesale pricing is a group discount: a percentage off the entire catalog, a category, or selected products, or a fixed price for a selected product that only the group sees. Quantity tiers are set separately. Whether a tier discount stacks with the group discount or only the larger discount applies depends on how you set up the discounts. With a percentage discount, changing the catalog price also changes the wholesale price.

Yes. A private store directs anyone who is not signed in to a sign-in or “request access” page. The home and contact pages can stay public, while the catalog is visible only after sign-in. You approve registrations manually or automatically. The private store is an app included in higher-tier plans.

The “bank transfer” payment method appears only for customers in the B2B group. At Checkout, the business enters its company name, UIC (company ID), and VAT number, with VIES validation if you have enabled it. The invoice is generated automatically when the order is paid or fulfilled and is emailed to the customer.

No. Your team member creates the order in the admin: they select the customer, shipping, products, and payment method. From there, it is a regular order, with the same waybill, invoice, and inventory. When the business orders directly, it can repeat a previous order with one button in its account.
