Four steps repeated for every shipment. Scroll to see the cards stack on top of each other.
One click in the order, and the courier issues a waybill number. Print the PDF for one order or many at once. Enable automatic stock updates and invoicing, and stock decreases and the invoice is issued automatically.
From your address, a courier office or a parcel locker. The sender's address book is in the courier settings. Pallets are available for large shipments, and return waybills for returns.
The courier reports where the shipment is, and the order status updates automatically. When the customer pays cash on delivery, the order is marked as paid. No reports to reconcile.
With every status change, the customer receives an email with the tracking number. BOX NOW also sends the parcel locker code.

Zones and hours
Where you ship and when. Two settings determine what the customer sees in Checkout.
Group countries, regions, cities or postal codes into a zone, then add a shipping method and its rate.
For your own food, flower or same-day delivery in the city. Your customer chooses a day and time. You set an order limit for each hour and specify days off.
For courier integrations, time slots come from the courier.
You set the shipping price: which rule applies and to which zone.

Yes. Econt and DPD calculate the rate by weight and address instantly in Checkout. If you prefer your own rates, based on weight, order value or a fixed amount, the customer sees those instead. In either case, the amount appears in the order before the customer chooses a payment method.

Yes. Speedy is part of DPD, and the integration is called DPD Bulgaria. It supports delivery to an address, courier office or parcel locker, rates from the courier, cash on delivery and waybills. You need an active contract with DPD and the connection credentials DPD provides for platforms.

From a map in Checkout or a list. Enable the map in settings with a Google Maps key. Econt offers courier offices and Econt parcel lockers, DPD offers courier offices and parcel lockers, and BOX NOW offers only parcel lockers and sends the customer a code to open them.

The courier. Econt and DPD report when the customer pays, and the order is automatically marked as paid. For other methods, you mark it as paid from the order.

Yes. DPD Bulgaria ships directly to Romania, GLS covers Europe, and DHL and DHL Express cover the world. EuShipment and Sendcloud bring multiple couriers into one integration, for pallets and for countries where you don't have your own contract. A store in Romania, Greece or the Balkans works with the local couriers listed above.
