Team and permissions

Team roles and permissions: everyone sees only their own work

One owner and as many moderators as you need. You set permissions by section: the warehouse handles orders, marketing handles campaigns, accounting handles invoices. Every sign-in requires a second verification step.

Permissions by section · Two-factor verification at sign-in · Every change linked to a team member

Permissions

Give exactly the access each person needs

Click a role to see which sections light up. These roles are examples: in CloudCart, you choose each moderator’s permissions, section by section, using checkboxes.

The owner sees everything, and no one can restrict their access.

01
Two roles: owner and moderator. “Warehouse” or “support” is a moderator with specific sections selected
02
Moderators can only give others permissions they already have. No one can give themselves more
03
Checking an entire section grants access to everything under it. Unchecked sections do not appear in the menu

Permissions change in a minute, without changing the person.

Sign-in

A password is not enough

Everyone on your team confirms important actions with a second code: by email or from an app on their phone.

Everyone has their own sign-in. No shared passwords to keep track of.

The audit trail

Every change shows who made it

When three people handle orders, the answer to “who changed this” is in the order itself.
