A customer in Plovdiv sees an item that is only in stock in Sofia
Warehouses are linked to geographic zones, and customers see stock at their local warehouse. Locations have opening hours and a map, while “store pickup” skips the courier.
The two online stores do not share inventory data
Shared inventory updates in real time across your stores, and the ERP updates both.
We pack orders manually in the warehouse and make mistakes
The warehouse team works from a terminal: scanning, counting and confirming shipment. Or a third-party provider handles warehousing for you.
Accounting needs everything entered by hand
Online orders reach your inventory software for invoicing and accounting. Returned items increase stock, and a credit note is issued.
By default, the store uses a single stock count per item. A breakdown by warehouse comes from Store Locations or your ERP.
