Questions everyone asks

01 / 05

Do I need a bank agreement to accept cards

No. With CloudCart Pay, you register in the admin. Once approved, you receive funds in your account via SEPA transfer. If you already have a virtual POS agreement through Borica, with DSK Bank, Fibank, Raiffeisen or UBB, use that instead. The integrations are ready.

02 / 05

Can the customer pay on delivery

Yes. Cash on delivery requires no provider details to enable. Econt and DPD report when the customer has paid, and the order is marked as paid automatically. No manual reconciliation. The number of shipments recorded automatically each month depends on your plan.

03 / 05

How do installment payments work

The customer selects “installments” in Checkout and goes through approval with the bank or lender: DSK Bank, Fibank, TBI, UniCredit, BNP Paribas, Iute, Mokka, Klear or NewPay. You sign an agreement with your chosen partner and enter their details. The method then appears in Checkout.

04 / 05

I also sell in Romania or Greece - which methods should I use

For Romania, EuPlatesc, NETOPIA, LibraPay, BT ePOS and PayU are ready to use, with card payments in lei. For Greece, Cardlink works through Greek banks. Mokka supports installments in both markets, while Stripe, PayPal and Mollie cover the rest of Europe.

05 / 05

Can the customer save their card for the next order

Yes, for registered customers using CloudCart Pay, Borica, Raiffeisen, myPOS, Stripe, Monri or CIB Bank. The payment provider stores the card, not you. The next order goes through without entering the details again.
