Multichannel selling
eMAG (the online marketplace), OLX (the classifieds site), Google Shopping, Facebook and Instagram, TikTok Shop and Etsy take the products from your store. Change the price in the admin and it changes everywhere.
Already on CloudCart? Every channel is an app in the admin: Apps → the channel name. See the channels with a link to the admin ↓
Example. The products are maintained in one place, in CloudCart, and the channels take them from there.
CloudCart's zeros apply through Dec 31, 2026. And as always: 0% transaction fee on sales.
The products are in one place and the channels take them from there.
eMAG, OLX, Etsy, TikTok Shop and Google Shopping take the products from your catalog. The agreement with the channel is yours, and CloudCart connects the catalog.
Where: in the admin, Apps → the channel name.
The links lead to the admin sign-in, and each app is in Apps under its own name.
Besides the ready-made connections, you build your own feed at a public address: for a price comparison site, an affiliate network, a dropshipping customer or a warehouse.
Where: in the admin, Apps → XML Feed Generator.
Example. You choose the products, and the feed refreshes itself.
Every variant is a separate entry with its own price, stock and code. For Skroutz you say which parameter is the size and which is the color.
Example. Every variant comes out as a separate entry in Google, Facebook, Glami, eMAG and TikTok Shop.
The channel is where a customer first finds you. The second order can be with you, without a percentage.
Example. The channels bring new customers, and your store is the place they come back to.
The six things that make selling in channels eat your time. In CloudCart each one has an answer.
| CloudCart | Every channel separately | |
|---|---|---|
| eMAG and OLX | From the catalog | A separate upload |
| Prices in the channels | They change on refresh | You change them by hand everywhere |
| Feed for partners | With markup and UTM, refreshes itself | Excel every week |
| A new product | In one place | Separately everywhere |
| A channel that is not on the list | Your own feed, or a connection we build for you to order | Not possible |
| Your own store | The same catalog, 0% commission | A separate project |
The comparison describes how things usually are and depends on the plan and the setup.
Couriers, banks, marketplaces and inventory software. You switch them on from the admin, no developer needed.
Shipping labels, cash on delivery, offices and lockers from the admin.

Questions

The eMAG app in the admin sends products, prices and stock from CloudCart to eMAG for Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary and Poland. The eMAG seller account is yours, and our team switches the connection on.
02 / 09
Yes. The Facebook feed sends the catalog to Meta Commerce Manager, and from there the products appear on Facebook and Instagram and in dynamic ads.
03 / 09
No. There is one catalog in CloudCart and the channels take it from there.
04 / 09
Google Shopping and TikTok Shop pick it up when the product changes, if automatic updates are on, and Etsy picks it up immediately, in both directions. The ready-made connections refresh on a schedule: Facebook and Google every 2 hours, the rest, including eMAG, every 4 hours.
05 / 09
No. eMAG and TikTok Shop receive the catalog from CloudCart, and the orders stay in their systems, where you process them. Etsy is the exception: the connection works both ways and a sale on Etsy reduces the stock in your store.
06 / 09
Yes. CloudCart connects the catalog, and the agreement with the channel is yours: a seller account on eMAG for each country, an OLX account for olx.bg or olx.ro, a shop on Etsy and on TikTok Shop, Google Merchant Center for Google Shopping. eMAG is switched on with the help of our team.
07 / 09
You build your own feed with XML Feed Generator, if the channel reads a feed. If it needs another kind of connection, we build it for you to order.
08 / 09
Yes. The store is multilingual, and eMAG and OLX cover Romania too.

The plan costs €1 per month for the first 3 months, for every plan from Baby to Unicorn. There is no commission on sales in the store. The channels charge their own fees under your agreement with them.
