The key date is Oct 28: from then on, the price of Black Friday products must not drop, so that the reduction is lawful. On Nov 27 the discounts start on their own at 00:00, and for Cyber Monday on Nov 30 the prior price stays the one before the first reduction.

The struck-through price is the lowest of the last 30 days
Under Bulgaria's Consumer Protection Act (the EU Omnibus rule), the prior price is the lowest one you applied in the 30 days before the reduction. In CloudCart the storefront strikes through the product's regular price and does not work out the 30-day low itself, so keep the regular price stable from Oct 28. The history of every price is in Products → product → Change log.

How do I get my online store ready for Black Friday?

What is a “prior price”?
The lowest price you applied in the 30 days before the reduction, in the same store or site (Bulgaria's Consumer Protection Act, Art. 65).
