During this year's edition of one of the most influential technology events for startups in Central and Eastern Europe - Podim DX, the Bulgarian software company CloudCart won the prize for The Best Startup among 800 others. The last round of the competition (out of 5) and the award ceremony took place at the Maribox complex in Maribor, Slovenia, where our e-commerce experts outperformed the other 5 finalists and won first place.
The company representatives at the event were the Chief Executive Officer - Nikolay Iliev and our Chief Marketing Officer, who managed to tell the story behind our Startup in front of all the 350 participants at the event. They had a short presentation in front of investors, businessmen, participants, and visitors about their innovative business model and the main advantages of the e-commerce platform.

We’ve been helping thousands of merchants on the Bulgarian market to digitize and be successful since the day we launched our platform and naturally our new goal was to expand the business into Europe. After receiving this recognition, I am now sure that we are getting closer to achieving it ".
As the winner of the Podim Pitching Competition 2022, the team of CloudCart Bulgaria will have the opportunity to participate in the three-day technology-oriented format Podim London Springboard, which will be held this fall in London. The software company is also given a place in Bootcamp - a structured program that gives access to a lot of practical knowledge about raising investments.
CloudCart will continue to pursue its mission to support the development of e-commerce in Europe by creating many partnerships, automations, and integrations, and most importantly - by developing the first of its kind for Bulgaria 360° marketplace for e-commerce services.
The platform is highly marketing-oriented and its latest service ‘CloudCart Campaigns’ aims to make it easier for entrepreneurs to do online marketing through improvements and automation with AI (artificial intelligence). To meet the needs of the sector, a new infrastructure has been created that allows retailers to easily manage their digital marketing activities from one place - their eStore administrative panel. With CloudCart Campaigns, merchants will be able to send sales offers based on consumer actions through various communication channels, starting with Viber, Email, and SMS.
One of the main priorities of the software company remains to achieve the best service in the e-commerce sector and be the Best Saas for online stores, by creating lasting relationships between SME merchants and their customers, in a secure and innovative environment.
